Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email [insert your email] with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged scarves.
Sale items are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different design or colour, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
