Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Each scarf is packaged thoughtfully using sustainable materials before being shipped.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We offer Standard UK Delivery via Royal Mail (2–3 business days).
Shipping cost: £4.99 or free on orders over £150.

Tracked and express delivery options are also available at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international locations.
Delivery times vary between 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
International shipping cost: £9.99

Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
